There are literally thousands of real estate agents out there to choose from.  Yet, you'll find that old 80/20 rule applies to realtors no different than any other industry.  In fact, one could argue it's now a 90/10 rule. 10% of realtors are doing 90 % of the business. Why? Because they're GREAT at handling what is likely the largest investment of your life! 
Real estate has changed dramatically in the last year or two and most agents are getting out of the business or just barely getting by.. Why?
